Detox Juice - 3 Ways

After a big holiday or celebration, it seems there is always this desire to do a little internal deep cleanse.

These three juices will load you up with vitamins and minerals that are depleted when we drink a little too much alcohol, and/or when we fall off our typical healthy eating wagon.

There is no doubt that juicing is a great way to encourage a healthy inner microbiome, but whats great about these three choices in particular, is that they are true vegetable juices, in that they contain very little excess fruit juice. Fruit juice, like apple and grape and even orange can enhance flavor but also unnecessarily boost sugar intake which can exacerbate an already overly acidic condition in our bodies and encourage further inflammation.

Either of these juices will help you de-puff, de-bloat and even help to cleanse heavy metals from the body (which are created as a by-product of metabolizing alcohol) BUT I recommend making all three and drinking a small amount of each with your meals throughout the day. (celery at night, beet in the morning and carrot with your lunch)

Consider these guys, like tiny liquid Switzerlands. They'll help get your system back to neutral.
