You know what kind of chocolate is super easy, delicious and can be made using ingredients you probably already have in your pantry?
Orange Pistachio Dark Chocolate Bark
1 bag of vegan dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1 tbsp orange zest
flaked sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the pistachios and orange zest on the tray. Next, melt the chocolate using a double boiler (microwave works too). Pour the melted chocolate over the pistachio-orange mixture, spreading evenly with a pastry spreader. Sprinkle with sea salt and place in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up. Once its firm, take out and break it into pieces. Sprinkle with more sea salt and orange zest if desired.
Try not to eat the whole batch in one sitting.
